
It’s Wellness Wednesday in Lockdown. The sequel. We’ve done it once before and we can do it again. But girl, we know…it’s a struggle. Don’t fear we can help, let’s learn from last time and get our routines down to a T. A nighttime routine can help you wind down, which we know can be that extra bit hard if you’re working from home. The lines between work and home are blurred, and the need for escape is real! Here are a very best time for self care to help with creating the ultimate lockdown self care routine.
So here’s your first tip, make sure you don’t work where you sleep, make going to bed as relaxing as possible. Your bed is your sanctuary girl so treat it that way.
